Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
